"This is something I struggle with big time! I do good for a day or two and then I fall off the wagon back at square one. I complain and then start over again beating myself for messing up once more.

My problem is that eating healthy foods is such a challenge for me as I am picky and I do not like any vegetables except of course starchy ones which aren't good. I can work out but l the food I eat is a problem. I know this is a bit off topic, but what do you think about incorporating intermittent fasting to lose weight?
